Classes and Workshop Information

CLASSES
Class fees are Nonrefundable. Please connect with your instructor to make-up class dates within the same term.

SCHOLARSHIPS are available for both adult and youth art classes. Please click HERE for the application.

WORKSHOPS
OSA Registration is a first-come, first-served basis. Registration must be paid in full to participate. In the event a workshop or class is oversold, registrations received beyond the maximum number will be refunded in full.

A $30 administration fee will be charged for cancellations made greater than 60 days before the event start date. NO REFUNDS can be made for cancellations within 60 days prior to the start of a workshop or once a workshop begins unless your place can be filled from the waitlist. If a workshop is cancelled by OSA, registration fees will be held on account and may be applied to another workshop, class, or made as a tax-deductible donation to OSA. Oregon Society of Artists is not responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of cancelled workshops.

VIRTUAL CLASSES and WORKSHOPS
All "Online" classes are being conducted via the Zoom platform.  Instructors will send the "invitation to join" via email prior to class. In that email, you will simply click the link to join "the meeting" and enable your audio. If you have trouble please give us a call.

PARKING

There is limited free onsite parking, with an ADA approved parking space and ramp to our lower-level classrooms.
On busy days, if student have to leave class early, they are asked to park at the front of the parking lot or on the street.
People attending workshops are asked to park at the back of the lot.  Double parking is allowed.

TriMet bus #51 and #63 both stop in front of OSA.

COVID PROTOCOLS

We follow CDC protocals. Masks are availble.
Air purifiers are in use and to maximize airflow, we open windows, doors, and set fans.

AMERICAN EASEL "deep" birchwood panels of various sizes, are for sale at OSA.  Please contact the office for more information.
